Watch: A First 'Coco' Clip and a Featurette

We're getting really close to the Mexican and US release of Coco, the latest film from Pixar. So it's not a surprise that the studio is pushing the promotion: not one, but two videos related to Coco were released today on the Disney/Pixar YouTube channel. You can watch them after the break.

Disney's 'Gigantic' has been Cancelled

The Hollywood Reporter revealed that Disney's Gigantic has been cancelled. The film was going to be a new take on the Jack and the Beanstalk fairy tale and was supposed to be released in 2020; Meg LeFauve (co-writer of Inside Out) and Nathan Greno (co-director on Tangled) were attached to direct it.

Will Smith and Tom Holland have joined Blue Sky Studio's upcoming Spies in Disguise, a CGI film set in the world of international espionage.

Sony Animation just released a new trailer for The Star, the animated film that is supposed to offer a new take on the nativity story. It looks as unimpressive as the first trailer we got a few months back, and the main selling point still appears to be the voice cast.
