New 'Cars 3' Characters and Voice Actors Revealed

Ahead of the Cars 3 release (this summer), Disney/Pixar has released information on not one, not two, but three new characters in the Cars universe. Here they are below, along  with a brief description and the actor set to voice them.

First, we have Natalie Certain, a race statistician that will be voiced by Kerry Washington (Scandal, Django Unchained…).

Now this is Sterling, a businesscar who runs the Rust-eze training facility. He's to be voiced by Nathan Fillion (Castle). Sterling will be Fillion's second Pixar role after Worthington in Monsters University.

And last but not least, here is Miss Fritter, a demolition derby legend. Miss Fritter will be voiced by Lea Delaria (Orange is the New Black).

Additionally, Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton (who played himself in Cars 2) will be Cruz Ramirez's voice command assistant in this one. The assistant will be called… Hamilton.

Cars 3 is directed by Brian Fee.
