Just about two months before its US release date, we're finally getting a look at DreamWorks Animation's upcoming feature film: Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie. The movie is directed by David Soren (Turbo) and written by Nicholas Stoller, based on a series of books by Dav Pilkey. Now here is the trailer, introduced by Kevin Hart and Ed Helms:
The look of Captain Underpants is somewhat similar to the one Blue Sky gave to The Peanuts Movie two years ago; which is pretty encouraging, and certainly different from your usual CGI movie.
Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie will be out on 2 June in the US / 28 July in the UK.
