Deadline reports that Matt Groening is expected to launch a new animated series on Netflix; after The Simpsons and Futurama, Groening came up with a fantasy setting. The show will be titled Disenchantment and will be set in the medieval kingdom of Dreamland.
Disenchantment will tell the adventures of Bean (voiced by Abbi Jacobson), a young princess with an alcohol problem. An elf called Elfo (Nat Faxon) and her personal demon Luci (Eric Andre) will follow her.
John DiMaggio, Billy West, Maurice LaMarche, Tress MacNeille, David Herman, Matt Berry, Jeny Batten, Rich Fulcher, Noel Fielding and Lucy Montgomery will also voice characters in the show.

Disenchantment will be about life and death, love and sex, and how to keep laughing in a world full of suffering and idiots, despite what the elders and wizards and other jerks tell you.According to Deadline, Netflix has ordered 20 episodes of Disenchantment, which will air as two seasons of 10 episodes each. The first season will premiere in 2018.
