The Peanuts Movie, based on the beloved comic strip characters created by Charles M. Schulz, will arrive in theaters soon; on the 6th November in the US / 21st December in the UK. What better time to release a new trailer?, we hear you ask. No better time, reply Blue Sky Studios and 20th Century Fox. Watch it below.

The film still appears to be gorgeous, with CGI that looks almost as charming as the source material. We'll have to wait and see if the story is as good as the animation. Here's the story synopsis for the movie:

Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, Linus and the rest of the beloved “Peanuts” gang make their big-screen debut, like they’ve never been seen before, in state of the art 3D animation. Snoopy, the world’s most lovable beagle – and flying ace – embarks upon his greatest mission as he takes to the skies to pursue his arch-nemesis The Red Baron, while his best pal, Charlie Brown, begins his own epic quest. From the imagination of Charles M. Schulz and the creators of the ICE AGE films, THE PEANUTS MOVIE will prove that every underdog has his day.

The Peanuts Movie is directed by Steve Martino (Horton Hears a Who, Ice Age: Continental Drift) from a script by Bryan Schulz, Craig Schulz and Cornelius Uliano.
