See Two Stills From Pixar's 'Sanjay's Super Team'

USA Today released two pictures and some news on Pixar's upcoming Sanjay's Super Team. The short film will be attached to The Good Dinosaur in theaters, set to be released later this year.

Sanjay Patel is directing this story based on autobiographical elements: it's the tale of a kid who is so anxious to be accepted by his friends, he rejects his parent's Hindu culture. The director finds the short a nice way to reconcile his two cultures (Hindu and American); he says it "felt like this bridge I needed to bring these two things together".

Three Hindu deities will show up in Sanjay's Super Team: from left to right on the above picture are goddess of power and protection Durga, Vishnu and Hanuman.
The music will be composed by Mychael Danna (who is also scoring The Good Dinosaur for Pixar).

You can expect to see Sanjay's Super Team on the 25th November in the US, and two days later in the UK.
