Can you see the Dragon? First teaser poster at Disney's live-action remake of Peter's Dragon

We have the first poster for Disney's live-action remake of the 1977 Disney live-action/animation Pete's Dragon.

Although it hasn't been announced yet who the voice of the dragon is, the film has a certainly commendable cast including Bryce Dallas Howard, Wes Bentley, Karl Urban and Robert Redford. With young actors Oakes Fegley (Broadwalk Empire) as Pete and Oona Laurence (Matilda Broadway, Southpaw) as Natalie too. Pete's Dragon is directed by David Lowery (Ain't Them Bodies Saints).

The film continues Disney's recent pattern of making live-action remakes of classic animated films. So we'll see how this fits among the rest, especially with The Jungle Book coming too.

The first teaser trailer is apparently coming to us tomorrow (21st February!) and the Pete's Dragon is due this summer, August 12th.
