Watch: First Trailer for Beauty and the Beast

The first trailer for the Disney live-action remake of Beauty and the Beast has finally opened its doors to us!

After the success of the Disney's Cinderella live-action remake, the next live-action princess film is Beauty and the Beast and we finally have a trailer.

Though we might not get a look at Dan Steven's Beast, we catch a glimpse of a family painting and see Belle (Emma Watson) through the iconic red rose. There is also a snippet of both Ewan McGregor and Ian McKellen as Lumiere and Cogsworth in a voice over. The beauty of the film is still kept hidden from us for now, but this really is a lovely and exciting tease of the castle and the magical feel of Disney's Beauty and the Beast.

Along with Stevens and Watson other members of the cast include Luke Evans as Gaston, Josh Gad (Olaf from Frozen) as Le Fou and Kevin Kline as Belle's father Maurice. The voice cast on top of McGregor and McKellen consists of Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts, Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Plumette and, most excitingly, Stanley Tucci as Cadenza who did not feature in the 1991 Disney Classic.

Watch the trailer below!

Beauty and the Beast is due 3rd March 2017.
