The Little Prince Review: A Lovely Adaptation

Loosely based on Le Petit Prince, a book by French author Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, The Little Prince is a film directed by Mark Osborne (Kung Fu Panda). 'Inside Out' and 'The Little Prince' Will Premiere at the Cannes Film Festival

The prestigious Festival de Cannes announced its lineup today, and two animated features are in the official selection. They will both be out of competition, so there's no chance to see either of them win a prize, but it's still nice to see animation getting more recognized than it usually is. The two films are Pete Docter's Inside Out and Mark Osborne's The Little Prince.
