Kung Fu Panda 3 will see Po (Jack Black) reunite with is father and other Pandas, as evidenced by this USA Today post. The article comes with three stills from the DreamWorks movie, and a few new clues on the plot. More below.
Po's biological father, Li (voiced by Breaking Bad's Bryan Cranston), is living in a secret yet paradisiac village with other Pandas, including Mei Mei (Rebel Wilson), described as an overeager wannabe ribbon dancer. Despite USA Today saying there's not going to be a romance between Po and Mei Mei, it's difficult to imagine the new character not being a love interest for Po in the saga's future installments.

USA Today also reveals the villain of Kung Fu Panda 3, Kai, will be supernatural. Po will have to train the other Pandas to defeat this new foe.
The Furious Five will of course be back, with Angelina Jolie as Tigress, Jackie Chan as Monkey, Seth Rogen as Mantis, David Cross as Crane and Lucy Liu as Viper.

Jennifer Yuh Nelson (Kung Fu Panda 2) is directing again, with Alessandro Carloni serving as co-director; Kung Fu Panda 3 will open on the 29th January (US) / 18th March (UK), 2016.
