DreamWorks are slowly amping up advertising for their first film of next year, the time-travelling comedy Mr. Peabody & Sherman. After rolling out our first official stills from the film last week, the Shrek shack has now released the first trailer - and it looks like a lot of fun!
Clearly this is a cartoony-fun film; it's not trying to go for serious, and it strikes its comic tone very well. The animation looks superb; Ty Burrell is great as the titular genius dog, Mr. Peabody; Patrick Warburton, as per usual, is a hilarious voice actor; and the trailer is genuinely funny! The "disarming" joke was a particular highlight for me.
The Lion King co-director Rob Minkoff is at the helm, and Mr. Peabody & Sherman hits cinemas on 7th March in the US, and a whole month earlier in the UK, on 7th February!
Speaking of DreamWorks, to celebrate the UK release of Turbo, we're giving away 5 copies of The Art of Turbo! Find out how you can enter here!
That looked really good, It's got my excitement.
