Is Bradley Cooper the Voice of Rocket Raccoon in Guardians of the Galaxy?

With filming over half way through by now, Guardians of the Galaxy is still missing the voice of one of its most iconic characters, Rocket Racoon. The latest name in the mix is Oscar-nominated Silver Linings Playbook star, Bradley Cooper.

Latino Review reports that Marvel have contacted Mr. Cooper's agents about the voice role, but nothing has been confirmed.

But it's not just Rocket Racoon missing a voice, so is the other animated character of the film, Groot. Still no word on who that will be, even after Vin Diesel's teasing on Facebook.

Guardians of the Galaxy is due August 2014.
