Jonathan Rhys Meyers Rumoured For Star Wars: Episode VII


Now J.J Abrams has completely finished with Star Trek Into Darkness, it's only natural for the Internet to start developing rumours for his next venture with Episode VIILatino Review reports that The Tudors star Jonathan Rhys Meyers is to join the cast.

If you cast your minds back, Abrams's directorial feature, Misson: Impossible III, featured Jonathan Rhys Meyers, so it's not unlikely that the director would want want to work with the actor again.

J.J. Abrams is directing Star Wars: Episode VII, and
Toy Story 3's Michael Arndt is writing

So far, it is only a rumour though, with no hint to who Rhys Meyers would be playing.

We still haven't had official confirmation that Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher and Mark Hamill will be back, but we're pretty confident that this will be addressed in the near future.

Episode VII is due to be released in 2015.
