More Star Wars: Episode VII Casting Rumours

It's getting closer and closer to production, so casting rumours for J.J Abrams's Star Wars: Episode VII are rapidly flying around the Internet. The latest rumours concern names that are kind of a big deal: Ryan Gosling and Zac Efron.

Being rumours, these castings aren't confirmed and neither are the speculations over characters they might play. Latino Review, though, reports that Gosling has gone for the role of Luke Skywalker's son, so Efron could be... Han Solo's son?

If these two going for parts is true, then Episode VII seems to be going down the route of having very big names attached to its new cast. That said, Gosling's reps have since denied any involvement.

Of course, when there are official updates for the production of the latest Star Wars, we will let you know. But until then, we will have to make do with rumours and dreams.

Star Wars: Episode VII is due for release in 2015.
