Disney's Zootopia Offers New Concept Art and Synopsis

Big Hero 6 is now behind us, so Disney is starting to think forward; and for the WDAS, forward is Zootopia. Their next animated feature doesn't arrive until 2016 but Disney's Tumblr account just revealed a new concept art for it (click on the picture to enlarge), and a new synopsis (read it after the break).

Here is the full synopsis:
"The modern mammal metropolis of Zootopia is a city like no other. Comprised of habitat neighborhoods like ritzy Sahara Square and frigid Tundratown, it’s a melting pot where animals from every environment live together—a place where no matter what you are, from the biggest elephant to the smallest shrew, you can be anything. But when optimistic Officer Judy Hopps arrives, she discovers that being the first bunny on a police force of big, tough animals isn’t so easy. Determined to prove herself, she jumps at the opportunity to crack a case, even if it means partnering with a fast-talking, scam-artist fox, Nick Wilde, to solve the mystery. Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Zootopia, a comedy-adventure directed by Byron Howard (Tangled, Bolt) and Rich Moore (Wreck-It Ralph, The Simpsons) and co-directed by Jared Bush (Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero), opens in theaters on March 4, 2016."
I believe this is the first time Rich Moore is linked to the film, but his presence here suddenly makes a sequel to 2012's Wreck-It Ralph more doubtful.
The world of Zootopia looks a bit more chaotic than I would have imagined, but is just as inventive and rich as I hoped it would be when the project was first announced back in August of 2013.

Another concept art of the Zootopia city was shown in 2013,
though it was not as revealing as the new one;
also featuring Lt Judy Hops and Nick Wilde.

Zootopia will open in exactly one year (4th of March, 2016) in the US, and at the later date of the 15th of April, 2016 in the UK.
